The Fire Fighting Telephone Jack is usually seen with the addressable fire alarm system in high-rise buildings, but some low-rise buildings have them. Radio communications in large steel structures can only be unstable at best. During emergencies in a high-rise building, the lobby will initiate a command and talk to the team. They can also send people to the electrical room to control utilities, elevators, etc., and communicate via plug-in phones.


If a fire occurs on the 42nd floor, additional personnel and equipment can be prepared on the 40th floor, and an official will be responsible. You will also have an officer in charge of fire fighting. The readiness officer can hang up the phone in the lobby and talk to the incident commander to communicate resource needs. It also left radio traffic for personnel in fire fighting operations.
